Halo Water Proofing started small in the Middleburg area and grew because customers kept referring us to their neighbors — that's still how most of our work comes in today.
Our Middleburg crew leads have handled repairs like yours dozens of times before, and a supervisor signs off before we call any job finished.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Middleburg homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.

A musty smell usually means moisture is already moving through your Middleburg basement, even if the floor looks bone dry.
Stair-step cracking in block foundations is one of the most common early signs our Middleburg crews see.
That white powder on basement walls is mineral residue left behind as water passes through the concrete.
If your pump only shuts off for a few minutes at a time, it's worth having it checked before it fails outright.
If a foundation wall looks like it's curving inward, that's beyond a simple patch and needs a real assessment.
Peeling paint near the floor upstairs is one of the last signs Middleburg homeowners connect to a basement problem.
No two Middleburg basements are the same — soil type, age of the home, water table. We match the fix to your actual problem.
When water shows up fast, we move fast — extraction, drying equipment, and a plan to stop it from happening again.
